Who is running aws amazon now, no problem?

Greetings! I just encountered strange behavior of amazon aws. Just now, all my data simply disappeared, while the account was blocked, allegedly for an incorrect or unconfirmed payment method (but I didn’t find any notifications by mail or in the interface), I came to this purely by accident, when all Amazon services said that the account blocked or worked with an error, came across a link that was marked by Amazon itself as outdated, but at the same time offered to reuse the payment method. For the entire time the service was working (a month with something), there were write-offs twice for verification, otherwise I fell under the free trial program. As a result, it turns out that I was left with nothing and also paid a dollar to see that I was left with nothing. Nobody faced this? Or is it not only me that the control panel does not work now?
