Who is better to register domains?

Good afternoon,
there are several different unrelated domains.
1 From the point of view of security against theft of domains - who is better to register them for - an individual or an LLC?
1.1 And what is the difference between registration for an LLC and an Individual, except for filling in the field of the name of the organization?
2 From the point of view of the amount of taxes, tax reporting, and the security of the transaction, what is the best way to sell your domains: on behalf of an individual / legal entity or an individual entrepreneur?
2.1 And isn't it more profitable to sell on behalf of an individual entrepreneur who is on the simplified tax system 6% than 13% personal income tax?
Well, in general, comrades, what are the advantages between an LLC / IP and an individual in terms of buying and selling domains?
Thanks for the detailed answers!

It is better to issue for a physicist - it is more difficult to squeeze him out.
BUT! "Difficult" does not mean "impossible". This is especially true for the .ru/.su/.rf zones - if you start doing something under the law, they will divide it up at once.
Registration for an LLC differs not only by filling in the name field. The LLC is asked for statutory documents. Some fields in the questionnaire after the conclusion of the contract can only be changed by an official letter from the organization.

Imagine the situation of an LLC registering a domain for an individual (for example, for an admin). After a while, this individual gets into a row with his superiors and quits. You will not prove in any court that the domain belongs to Horns and Hooves LLC, and not to Vasya Pupkin, because Vasya Pupkin is indicated in all documents.
Then think for yourself

If the domain is for an organization's project, then register the domain only for the organization! This will save you from many problems: from confirmations for banks about who is the owner of the project (during acquiring), to corporate conflicts.
If you apply for a physicist (for a director, administrator, etc.), then in the event of a conflict in court, this domain will be squeezed out by the organization in 2 meetings. And if the owner demands a ransom for the domain, the time will also come for extortion and blackmail.
