She quickly scribbled a complaint to my hoster (the ill-fated reg ru) and he, without warning, immediately removed the domain from delegation. He answers all questions: satisfy the claims of mail ru and as soon as they send us a confirmation letter, we will restore the domain. So the question is: is it possible to find a domain registrar and VPS from an organization that would not care about such complaints? I think it's called bulletproofing? Maybe someone faced similar?

Go to court at Mail.ru, they should have written to you about it first.
And never use reg.ru, terrible company, any other is better. And even better foreign.
