Choosing a domain for an online store. There is a great name in the .org zone. But I have never met shops in this area.
Is this "bad manner"?
Does it affect SEO in any way?

Yes, the store is not a non-profit organization.

Does it affect SEO in any way?

Search engines, as far as I know, take into account the domain zone only to determine the regionality. .org indicates to the PS that the site most likely does not have it. If this is not the case, use the country code zone instead.
