Misspelling of a domain name with a similar name?
Will it be considered a misspelling of a domain name if the first three letters are similar to a domain that already exists on the network? For example, the tradetest domain has already existed for three years, and I registered tradecom, will this be considered a violation of rights?

If I understand you correctly, then you are talking about typesquatting . In Russian judicial practice, there is such a wonderful thing as "similarity to the point of confusion", i.e. if the judges recognize that there is a certain similarity between your domain and someone else's means of individualization, then you can be punished. There is a good article on Habré with examples of domain disputes considered by Russian courts, I highly recommend it.
My opinion is no, there is no violation.
BUT!!! Be prepared for lawsuits, my opinion is 99.9% chance you will win. Just maybe you need to explain why ...COM... .
There was a case a very long time ago - a dispute over a consonant windowsupdate .... something there. It seems that people won - they supposedly meant "Window to Europe")))
In court, you will have to prove that you have gone astray, and did not mean "on purpose to register a similar domain, place on it a site with activities that compete in the area in which the one who owns the similar domain works and lure some of his customers." There are a lot of fools, but it may not be possible to mow down ...
