Who has experience of creation of storages of documents?
Hello.
A very interesting task arose to organize a single repository of documents (perhaps not only documents). This is not a document flow, it is a kind of DMS. It is planned to be used for centralized storage of documents from workflow, ERP, CRM (too much duplicate data in the form of attachments). Other systems may be connected to it in the future. I don’t want to organize this on the basis of some of the business systems, and it’s not right from the point of view of architecture.
Maybe someone has come across something similar, opensource is highly desirable, if you have interesting thoughts on how this can be organized based on WSO2 products, or maybe someone has had experience with this, kick in the right direction. I don’t really want to fence a garden of self-written crutches. :)
It is desirable that all this be possible to link to web services, or to tie it to WSO2 ESB for further communication with business applications :)

Good afternoon. This year, they hammered the last nail into the UCM coffin and fenced off a garden of self-painted crutches. SAP XI seems to be going to be buried too. The issue of a new tire seems to be acute in the current, not the most monetary times. Configuring finished products from well-known vendors to our requirements resulted in crazy money, so we decided to use crutches. Good hemorrhoids fucked with access control. If you have a bunch of systems from different vendors, you still have to drive in crutches. + in our case, the loading of channels on the storage reaches a couple of gigabits / sec. Growth per month is about a terabyte. Optimization factor ~ 2.8 The issue of modifying the mail server is raised so that attachments are immediately replaced with links in the repository.
Look at the boxes: Top 20 by xs what version .
The choice will actually depend not on the basic requirements, because. a bunch of products cover the basic requirements. Everything is evil in the nuances xD.
I apologize for the chaotic stream of thoughts, so it's better to write off on Skype. In general, write an article based on the results of the study.
