Description of the problem:
The company is engaged in contracting activities for residents of the Russian Federation in the territory of the CIS countries. In terms of document flow, contractors have everything with their hands. Work is performed, then documents from contractors are issued, these documents are reissued to the customer.
For each object there can be several contractors, each with a package of primary documents (from 3 to 5 documents), which arrives over a different period of time. As a result, for the object, it is required to consolidate all the documents that need to be combined into a package and (idea) sent via EDI, then to the archive. There are about 200 such objects during the month. The primary is poured into mail, WhatsApp, etc. shorter from everywhere and on different curators. All this is not convenient to store, rename, track, manual labor, human factor, names not by mask, etc. In short swamp.
Wishlist:
I would like to have a software product that:
1. when dropping a file on it, it allows you to set a name for it by mask + set tags, so that later it is easy to filter by name or tag;
2. has a preview window;
3. eats the main office formats + pdf + jpg, etc.,
4. allows you to organize storage - i.e. a directory is allocated to it and everything is stored and sorted in it.
