Hello, the essence of the problem is that I cannot activate the plugins or change them, it just says "Delete" - here is the screen. And this is not the only plugin.

So maybe the plugin itself does not have such a function? Maybe the plugin does not require settings or activation?

1. Try to create another user with site administrator rights, and repeat the operations (unlikely, but still)
2. Try to roll back the system if the hoster allows, or better, do a back-up and try to upgrade, reinstall the version of wordpress (the most severe and reliable method)
