Who faced such problem in wordpress(woocoomerce)?

Added a video to woocoomerce, in the product card! Video from youtube, added as a link, a short link and inserted the code. But when you click the video is not played on the site, the loader spins. Maybe someone has come across this. How can I solve this problem?

I haven't encountered such a problem, but sometimes the decision to embed the video as Embed code helped. Look here

It helped me not to insert a short code, but when you open a video in YouTube and copy the path to it from above.
