Who does not show Mikrotik connection or server?

I execute on the win server

NETSTAT.EXE -o -n | findstr 123.123.123.123

I get

TCP 192.168.1.100:51722 123.123.123.123:445 ESTABLISHED 4

On the Connections tab, Mikrotik has a Dst connection. There is no address at 123.123.123.123.

- If the connection is established, can it be that Mikrotik simply does not show it?
- Can it be that the server shows a connection that does not already exist as still ESTABLISHED?
