How to get access to Mikrotik?

By my stupidity, I blocked access via telnet, winbox, www, ftp in the Mikrotik settings. Usually I went through Winbox to the MAC address. Well, by "stupidity" I put a restriction in the Ip Service List settings. Only ports for SSH and Api-Api-ssl remained open. How to get access to it? I can’t connect via SSH (putty) (I haven’t changed the settings since the purchase, everything is factory). The only option left is to update via netinstall. Maybe there are other options how to return everything back or how to open ports for WInbox.?
