How to give a user sftp access to a specific folder?

Hello!
Faced with the task - I need to give a certain user access via sftp to a certain directory of files: /var/www/ site1 The user is
authorized by ssh key.
Please tell me the easiest way to solve the problem.

If you need to give access only to this folder, then set it for the user as home and then you can configure the sftp chroot. A user can have sftp access without being able to get a shell on the host.
