Colleagues, please share your experience, who did full disk encryption on Windows 8 + TrueCrypt + SSHD (drive with integrated NAND flash memory).
There is such a problem - to do this after buying a new laptop, now models are being selected.
Here's an example: LENOVO Z510 has NAND 8 GB.
In this regard, 2 questions arise
1. As far as I understand, you need to convert GPT => MBR, right? Is it possible to do this without having to reinstall the system from scratch?
2. In this technology, when using SSD Cache for a disk, how to encrypt the data on it as well? How does the system see it?

2) I see no reason to take a laptop with a hybrid, it's better to have a full ssd right away. Do not encrypt at all.
