We decided to announce the project on the Bitcointalk forum, but standard (even paid accounts) do not have the ability to post information with pictures)

видео размещать нельзя в принципе.
картинки размещать можно, но надо указывать ссылку на сторонний ресурс.
доступно, кажется с member-a, раскачать до такого статуса можно за пару дней.
расскажи про проект. опять какое-нибудь ico?
