Who can help solve the problem with connecting to the grandstream gxw4104 after resetting to factory settings?

Grandstream gxw4104 did a factory reset - pressed and held the reset button for 10 seconds after turning it on. Now I can’t connect to it via the WEB interface, I connected to the WAN port, but the IPQvery program does not see it, the old IP addresses do not work. On the front panel, after a reset, the LEDs of 4 ports flash simultaneously, Ready is constantly on. It says on the Internet that you need to reset it off and on and wait a couple of minutes for the grandstream to reboot and then try to connect, but I don’t see anything on the front panel indicating that the grandstream is rebooting, the LEDs of 4 ports are blinking immediately and constantly at the same time, Ready shines constantly, sometimes, after a few hours, the indicator of the second port lights up and shines constantly, although nothing is plugged into it. I've also tried plugging in a network cable into the LAN, but nothing helps. When I set "obtain an IP address automatically" on the network card, IPQvery finds the computer's IP 169.254.22.14 , I scan this IP subnet, grandstream is also not detected. What could happen to him and how to fix it? Can anyone help with the resuscitation of this device?

@gbg

You should start with the fact that you need to stick into the LAN, and on the machine from which you stick, put "get IP automatically"
Then you need to see what he was automatically distributing there

Thanks for the help, the issue is resolved, it was still necessary to connect through the WAN, but stick both wires (computer and Grandstream gxw4104) into the WiFi switch. On the computer, it was set automatically, but the IP of the computer was constantly 169.254, *, * which indicated that the address was not received via DHCP. Therefore, by plugging the wires into the LAN ports of the WiFi switch, I received an IP via DHCP on both devices, after which the IPQvery program saw IP Grandstream 192.168.0.61.
The manager's hint from mango-offise.ru helped:

Make sure that the gateway is connected correctly, you also need to understand that if the router does not issue an ip address, then the ip scanner will not detect the gateway and you will not be able to connect.
