What exactly needs to be added to the registry to associate the program with .callto\tel?

There is a task to connect the Mango Office Call Center with .callto \ .tel links.
I found a number of manuals that describe registry manipulations, but the instructions are outdated and for me, as well as for the questioners on win10, this does not bring any results.
Actually the question is: how to make the system associate links with a specific softphone.

Mango has two types of Mango tolker softphones: old version 1.0 and new 2.0. The old one can accept commands from the command line with the callto\tel flags. The new one can't. At least that's what mango's tech support told me a couple of months ago, and at that time my attempts to make a call using the callto\tel flags were unsuccessful.
If you want to use callto\tel, you need to either go back to the old version of mango softphones (but they plan to block it soon), or switch to 3CXPhone version 6.0. It is this version of 3CXPhone that works correctly with mango IP telephony and can make calls with the callto\tel flags.
