Who can explain the nuances of Google Play policy regarding sex apps?

My application "Sex Fanta" was banned. There were erotic and sexual tasks for 2 partners. Something like the Kama Sutra in a playful way. Moreover, the application was given a rating of a new type, which indicated that it contained text of a sexual nature.
I would like to know where you can turn to explain what is the fundamental difference from iKamasutra, which lives and lives on Google Play?
I wrote using their feedback form, but there is a standard unsubscribe, like they considered it again, we don’t change the decision. How to contact a Google employee who is competent to give a slightly more detailed answer. A response that would contain instructions on what to change / remove from the content of the application so that it does not violate any rules.

Google Play does not accept any manifestation of sex, erotica and other things.
If you read the developer's rules, it will become clear that creating an application that is directly or indirectly related to sex is very risky. The rating of the application does not affect these basic rules.
I think you will not get an answer, since google does not respond to ordinary developers. Moreover, the situation is transparent.
iKamasutra - more than 50,000 purchases of the paid version and more than 5,000,000 downloads of the free version. Such applications are not touched or very rarely for serious misconduct.
Forget and move on.
