Who can clearly explain the principle of clamping the processor in socket AM4?

In other words - what holds and what presses the processor in this socket? If there are pictures - I will be glad. I really want to understand. Thank you.

How is AM4 fundamentally different from any PGA socket? The socket clamps the legs of the processor to the pins. In the LGA, the clamping mechanism presses the contacts against the legs. in socket. Are you a future processor designer?
