White window after starting a project?

I created a project in Visual Studio 2013. I specified the data taken from the Codepen resource in the default.html, default.css, default.js files. After starting the compiler, a protein window appears and nothing is visible except for the white window. What to do?

For starters: don't use a microscope instead of a hammer. Paste all the code into the same files through a regular notepad, or just take them from the project and run default.html in the browser. Yes, I would also like to look at the codes and get a link to the codepen. You may have mistakenly pasted haml instead of html, or SCSS instead of CSS.
