It doesn’t matter what is on your side, raise the VPN tunnel (the sea of OPENVPN, SSTP, L2TP / IPsec, Softether options) to the VPS (look at the recommendations here or just in the open spaces, for price and quality). On the VPS, set up port forwarding + NAT (at least part of it, at least entirely) to your server through the VPN tunnel.
the second option is to talk to your provider, maybe there is a chance to buy a white one.
