How to access from the outside through double NAT to a home linux machine?

I started a small server at home on Pi2 (octoprint) to monitor a 3D printer. But there is no sense in it without access to it from the outside.
Available:
- MTS provider
- a wire that comes from the wall (i.e. there is no access to their router in the shield or in the entrance), has IP 10.101.0.216
- TimeCapsule is at home, for which the following settings:
== Internet connection via DHCP
ip 10.101.0.216
mask 255.255.240.0
gate 10.101.15.254
dns 10.57.0.5
== network, DHCP mode and NAT
range 192.168.0.2 - 192.168.0.200
At the same time, if you set the "DHCP only" mode here, it only allows you to select the range
10.101.0.2 - 10.101.0.200,
but, in this mode and the "bridge" mode, the Internet does not work. the provider is tied to the MAC address of the device.
In such a situation, as far as I understand, there is no point in switching ports, since this is not done on the second router of the provider.
As a possible solution - a "dedicated IP" service or your own option?

You can use IPv6. The easiest way is Teredo/Miredo.
