I don't have access to the admin panel of the OpenVPN Access Server, what could be the problem?

Can't access admin panel ( https://ServerIpAddress:943/admin ) to OpenVPN Access Server on Ubuntu 12.04 + ISPManager 4 , what could be the problem?
On a local server with Ubuntu 12.04 + iptables without the ISPManager 4 panel, everything installs and works correctly. Is it possible to solve the problem without changing ISPManager 4 to another panel (Vesta Panel)?
