Which Windows is the fastest?

Guys, which of Windows is the most optimized and fastest? I'm now sitting on the top ten LTSC, but this interface and lags pretty much bugged me, because I switched from the seven. What system would you recommend to put in order not to slow down? If anything, Intel Core i3-3220T processor, Afox GeForce GT730 video card, 4 GB of RAM.

Windows 2000
will not lag even on ancient hardware ...
And from the current one ... Go back to 7-ku ...
System disk - SSD? Maybe look here?
4Gb is not enough for W10. Add more. Or back to 7

No lags, no glitches. The problem is in your PC.
The best option for you is win 7 x64

7, 8, 10.
Choose any to taste. They work equally fast.
Intel Core i3-3220T, Afox GeForce GT730 video card, 4 GB RAM.

For comfortable office work (without heavy applications and games), the following configuration is needed -
  • Processor at least 2 cores, frequency at least 3GHz
  • SSD drive for the system.
  • RAM at least 8GB.
