Which Windows and Microsoft Office for IP to choose?

Individual entrepreneur, small-scale production, 3 employees.
What is the cheapest legal Microsoft Office? You only need Word and Excel.
Similarly, the problem of choosing the Windows OS - like Home is allowed?
The purchase (or rent in the case of 365) will be with R / C.

Office 365 business basic — 312 ₽/month for 1 user. The downside is only the web version, but there won’t be much difference in functionality. Pros: you get Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams in addition - this together will cover much more needs than just an office. Pretty much everything except bookkeeping.
As for Windows, if you do not plan to grow at all, then you can get by with the regular version (the Home edition does not exist now). It is most advantageous to take it pre-installed with a PC.

Seven for a computer and 2013 office for printing. The best in my opinion.

The cheapest one is Libre/Open Office or GoogleDocs.
If MS is necessary, then "Office for the house and business".

The Windows operating system is the cheapest - the one that comes pre-installed with the computer.
There are no restrictions on Home for commercial purposes. In Russia, such restrictions are illegal.
Office - LibreOffice is fine, which is free.
Only if you and your counterparties have some creepy complex files with a bunch of macros, etc. - only in this case, you may have to return to MS Office.
