Which WiFi SD card can record over WiFi?

There is old hardware that reads configs and scripts from SD / Micro SD cards, there is a bare rapberry pi zero, with the need to write programs for bare metall.
In general, there is a need to quickly change the contents of SD cards, without removing and inserting.
How to do it?
WiFi SD comes to mind, but all WiFi SD cards are designed to copy data from SD to host, and not from host to SD.
