Which WiFi router/point should I choose?

MGTS with optics is installed at home - built-in WiFI gives only 18 megabits, 60 megabits are required by wire.
I don’t want to take a separate router (they are expensive now), there is a card in the laptop (2.4GHz up to 150 Mbps, at 5GHz up to 867 Mbps).
What to take to distribute well?

There are three problems - the first is the environment.
If you have thick walls and there are three such walls before the router, even the most sophisticated device will not save you.
The second is settings. DIR-300 can also be fired up to 150 megabits, but on condition that OpenWRT is installed on it and picking in the console.
And the third is budgets. Are you ready to shell out about 10k for a dual-band Cisco point? Or get by with Mikrotik?
