Additional open wireless network on Time Capsule?

There are several Time Capsule online. All of them are connected via twisted pair and all distribute wireless networks with WPA protection.

Task: distribute in parallel another open network with a limited channel and no protection.

I read that the Time Capsule has two frequencies on which it distributes WiFi, but, apparently, the same network is configured for both frequencies. Is it possible to run an open network on one frequency and a secure network on another?

There is such a thing as a guest network . I can’t check it right now, the capsule is at my place, but it should work exactly as you need.

It works on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, this is necessary for compatibility with different devices. But this is not related to the ability to make 2 networks. I do not quite understand the meaning of encryption if you want to make it open as well. You can add a router to this chain that will operate on an open channel and with a speed limit. What thread cheap Dir-320 for example.
