Which VPN server and on which OS to raise (easier to install / eats few resources)?

1) to make it easy / quick to install
2) to be able to run several vpn on additional ip.
3) Free and good quality.

Here is a very cool setup, easy to install and work without problems. I use it myself - it suits everyone.

The easiest is openvpn. IMHO on centos, but by and large it doesn't matter.
