Advise which device is suitable for the following tasks:
0. Employees have a cloud voip PBX + software sip clients.
you need to:
1. Forward calls gsm -> sip client when I'm at the computer + when I call back to the same number so that the call goes through the same mobile number; and so on for each gsm line. Thus, each employee has his own work mobile number.
2. Forward gsm -> gsm to my personal number (at the same time, so that my personal number is not highlighted) when I'm not at the computer.
3. Ability to read and respond to sms.
What is the easiest way to implement this? What device can do this?

You are asking too much from a GSM gateway, whose task is only to transfer GSM->SIP calls and vice versa. Everything else needs to be implemented on the PBX side.
From the gateways with which I worked, I can advise GOIP, ADDPAC, dinstar. They cope with the main task with a bang. It is extremely inconvenient to read and send SMS from them.
