Spare parts are not needed, you will not repair it yourself.
Works well and reliably.
Very good, responsive and fast support. In the case of a software or hardware problem, they fix / change it without question, give it a "drive" for the duration of the repair.

Normally they die.
There was a modular one for 36 - a thunderstorm passed, one module for 8 FXO ports was in the trash (there was no thunderstorm protection)
There were 4 pieces of 72 port, there was no help from electricians and three power supplies (replacement helped to revive)
8 port did not die more than once

I won’t tell you about TAU, trunk gateways are fine. 6 pieces were delivered until not one died. The eldest is five years old. Technical support is adequate, which in the realities of Russian business surprised me to no end.

About fxs gateways, Viktor 's comment is good.
About trunks, I can say that SMG-4s die from overheating.
