Is it possible to create a queue in mod_callcenter on the fly?
Good afternoon, I'm trying to configure mod_callcenter. In principle, I figured out a lot, everything is well described on the freeswitch wiki.
It is very convenient to add agents and levels, but there is a problem with adding queues.
Did I understand correctly that the queue can only be added to the callcenter.conf.xml file, and in order for it to work, you need to execute the command fs_cli -x "reload mod_callcenter"
, in principle, this is not a problem, but when this command is executed, current calls are dropped.
Is there any other way to reload the mod_callcenter config?
I also tried the command callcenter_config queue load
but it does not work until the queue is declared in the config.
