Which Visual Studio to choose?

There is a desire to write applications for the Windows store and for Windows Phone.
As I understand it, VS needs at least 2013. But there are so many versions (Pro, Premium, Ultimate).
Which version should I choose for me as an ordinary person (not an individual entrepreneur, not a legal entity)?
Or can I write to VS Express or Community and upload it to the store?
And if I buy it, then I understand that I still need to pay extra for updates?
Another question: will I be able to purchase VS 2015 at an additional cost or upgrade later? Thank you!

Download VS Community 2013 and don't worry. You can safely put everything in the store.
