Which virtualization technology should you choose?

Hello!
We recently purchased a server - HP ProLiant DL360 G5 2x Xeon L5420 2.5 Ghz 32GB RAM 2x 2Tb Sata
We need to run 10-15 virtual machines there with Linux and Windows OS. Tasks - to create a file server, game servers, some for sites.
What technology do you recommend?

Especially since hp had their own modified ESX images

Xen+openvswitch+Pacemaker+OCFS2
-live migration
-snapshots -arbitrary
virtual network topology
-high performance -everything
is packaged in openSuse 13.2
And it's better to have two identical servers.
