How to move a VirtualBox guest from one PC to another?

I tried to import and transfer only a virtual disk (with the creation of a new virtual machine), as a result I get an error:

Export to OVF on machine 1
Import from OVF on machine 2
Machine 2 must have at least a VB version of Machine 1.
