Is there a way to migrate the entire VPC to the local network?

There are VPCs on Amazon. There are about 10 cars there.
I really want to clone them to play on the local machine.
and the question is - is there a way to transfer the entire VPC entirely?
if not, how would you do it?

and what's the problem with making snapshots, making images in s3, downloading and running them in local xen?
