Which video card to choose with a modest budget?

The computer is Asus R5 230 series 2gb, with overclocking it gives out 20-30 FPS in games that are quite old at low levels. What can be put in return? The budget is very modest: 7,000 rubles.
PS: I understand that I still need to ozuhu percent of the norms and all that, but I would at least play toys in 2012 without lags. And yes, I understand that a modern one will cost at least 10,000 rubles, I would have something from the once powerful ones.
