Why is the GTX 1080 not running at all in the game?
Greetings, I have such hardware: I7 4790k, 2xGtx 1080 sli, 16GB 2133 mhz dual, monitor 2560x1440. The problem is that when playing gta online at maximum settings, I have maps loaded at 50-70%, when the processor is loaded at 30-50%, the fps is about 50, and the maps are loaded at 100% only when entering the bushes or when very scene loaded with special effects. How to load cards to set vsync to 60. In single player mode, everything is fine with load and fps under 80. I didn’t find this in other games, or fps under 100, which suits me perfectly. Tell me who knows what, suddenly you had the same problem. Link to google drive with photo and video

No, it depends on the version of the driver, after the update 460 it got better.
Firstly, vsync (vertical synchronization) just cuts fps
Secondly, c. the card and the percent should not always work at 100%, if they are loaded at 100%, then they do not cope well with games.
Most likely your game settings are cutting fps or there is a limiter on the monitor, because many new monitors are loaded with new functions
