Which versions of Windows Server should I choose?
There are Windows Server versions to choose from: Windows Server 2012. Windows Server 2012 (R2), Windows Server (Semi-annual Channel), Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2021 (Insider Preview).
There are tasks:
1. Active Directory domain controller, Active Directory federation server, LDAP server, Radius server, Active Directory certificate server, print and document server.
2. Terminal Server RemoteApp
3. Server ACS, FPS, video surveillance.
Which versions of Windows Server should I choose for these tasks? What services can be kept on one server, and what absolutely cannot be combined?

Put extra. roles on the controller is bad manners. Active Directory can only be combined with Active Directory.
The print server is generally separate from everything, the driver will shut down with a blue screen.
Terminals are also separate, both for security purposes and in terms of load features.
Vidyushki are also separate, because they load disks and percents.
The version is selected more for the weaving park, otherwise it’s better to keep the new one longer (in terms of safety, requirements)
Windows Server 2019.
1 server - Active Directory domain controller, Radius server
2 server - Active Directory certificate server
3 server - Active Directory federation server, print and document server.
What you mean by LDAP server in Active Directory infrastructure is not clear.
Server 4 - RemoteApp Terminal Server (can be combined with a third one).
5th server - ACS, OPS, video surveillance server.
