It is necessary to serially make several sites for ordering and delivering goods (pizza, flowers, etc.).

- etc.
I want to use PrestaShop, but I don't know it at all.
Which version is the most well-documented in terms of theme customization (putting a ready-made template on the engine while retaining functionality)?
Well, or which version is the least confused for the developer?
