How to add fields to the product card?

For example, there is a product card - xn--80aaykcjgsdgkb6k.xn--p1ai/index.php?id_product...
The product itself Interior doors consists of 3-4 parts (the door leaf itself, platbands, door frame, door extensions). In this template, I can only put the price on 1 position (the leaf itself). How to display a separate price tag on the door leaf in the product card, just below the drop-down menu - a door frame (several configuration options) and another trim.
Or is it somehow done with additional modules?

Option 1 - through combinations (almost without refinement).
There is such a thing as product attributes (a typical example is clothing sizes and colors); Not quite for your case, but in principle, you can use it (if the number of items is not large). The price tag is set NOT for components, but for a combination (again, from a typical application - pants such and such; red, size M - 2000r, red, size L - 2500r, etc., for all possible combinations. Plus option - completely native, without modules and modifications.Mis - with the number of items from 20..30 items - everything will turn into a mess. Well, visually - not exactly as you described.
Option 2 - refinement of the template and / or development of a module for your needs
100% as you want - it is not done by regular means, that's for sure.
But about the modules - unfortunately, I will not say, you have to delve into the market.
