Which user rating algorithm is better to choose?

Hello, the question is the following.
There is a certain blog platform, to which the customer wanted to attach a rating/karma, according to which he plans to make payments to the authors of the most interesting/popular articles.
But he has a problem with the counting formula.
Dear experts, what can you advise?
It is desirable that it takes into account:

  • number of views,
  • assessment, articles 1-5
  • number of comments
  • comment ratings

Thanks in advance.

@holyorb2

1. Ratings - the highest score, for example 200 for each score
2. number of comments - the highest score, 150 for each comment (if there is moderation, otherwise the average is 30-50, for each comment)
3. number of views - the lowest score , 1 for each view
Something like this, but in general it depends on many things, how the rating is done, how hard it is to cheat, how hard moderation works, what quality of materials, etc.

@Sergei_Erjemin

View: plus half a point
Rating: 1 - minus a point, 2 - minus half a point, 3 - plus half a point, 4 - plus a point, 5 - plus two points
Comments: for each comment plus a point to the topic
