Which used macbook pro to buy?

Hey!
I am slowly looking at replacing my slow 2013 dell with i5 6gb.
So, which one is better to take, 13 years old i7 and 8GB and an additional video card or 14 years old with i5 and 8GB?
Isn't the i5 14 more productive?

What are the tasks? What exactly do you miss in the current laptop - megahertz?

I have an MBP 15" late 2013, everything flies on ssd, 8 GB of RAM. For tasks, the sketch / code is more than enough.
