How to charge the phone from a closed MacBook?

I used to have an Asus zenbook and it had cool technology, one of the 2 USB ports even in sleep mode gave power to charge the phone, it's very convenient on the road.
But the Macbook 2016 (with type-c) is greedy, it gives sparingly, the phone has "slow charging".
Maybe there is a way to make it give more power to the port in sleep mode?

Current is usually given for USB so that an external device can wake up a macbook. For all sorts of perversions, there are chargers, power banks and frogs.
