We need a more or less simple free monitoring system for the UPS, there are 500 of them, all connected to the network and support snmp. From the system it is necessary to draw graphs, a list of accidents for each element, notifications of critical events. Please advise!

If all the pieces of iron are able to SNMP, then you can tie it to Zabbix. Graphs, alerts, custom screens, whatever you want. There is also networkupstools.org , but although there is some basic web muzzle there, in my opinion there are no graphs.
