Which upgrade is suitable for the HP 15 ay013ur laptop?

Do not judge strictly, but my question is the following. There is a laptop HP 15 ay013ur.
Processor Intel Celeron N3060
Socket 1170 BGA
Mother BRASWELL LPG BRIDGE

RAM 2 Gb DDr3L

Essence of the question: what is cheaper to do. Pick up a more powerful processor and solder? Which one is the most powerful? Or change mother? There are many varieties of motherboards in this series of laptops, which one will do? Of course, the stone would be removable.
We won’t collect money for another laptop, but I can get hold of spare parts.

SSD put the cheapest, optional memory up to 4 GB. Forget about soldering the processor - firstly, it is very expensive, secondly, it’s not a fact that you will be able to find a working chip, thirdly, you will also need to upgrade with a bios mod, fourthly, the bottom cooling system may stupidly not take out a new percent.
Replacing a hard drive with an SSD is always a big performance boost, as is adding some memory. But this car is purely for office work, and even then for light office work, well, you can watch a movie - listen to music. No more.

And why is the option not being considered to sell this
Throw on top and buy better?
It makes no sense to change the mother or re-solder the laptop
so-so, in terms of everything,
even ssd and 8GB dual channel did not help him.
Only office tasks could pull and surf

Based on two answers, I decided to sell this laptop at a loss and look for something else for this money. With the best processor. And until you sell out, I will be without additional earnings.
