Which university to choose, if not VMK MSU, having a disability benefit?

According to the law on education, I have the right to use the disability benefit in only one university. In all the rest, I have to go according to the general competition.
I dreamed of the VMK MSU, but now I finally realized that I won’t pass the DWI, which the beneficiary must pass with the lowest positive grade (I can’t solve more than two tasks).
The question is: which university to choose in order to definitely get out of the competition. The requirements are as follows: the city of Moscow, a hostel, not very difficult mathematics, more time for computer science. Most likely, I will try to enter the VMK next year, but for now I need to go somewhere.

Go to college. Are you sure that your disability will not affect the assimilation of knowledge? Are you going to make rockets or just slip through due to disability? When applying for a job, will you also shine with a disability? Realize that capitalism doesn't guarantee you cosmic success in life, it just rearranges the obstacles. Programming is like skydiving, especially since you say that I won’t pass (I won’t be able to solve more than two tasks) .

You really can’t solve more than a couple of tasks from there? What do you MSU then! Do not take other people's budget places, maybe because of you a smart person will fly by.
