Which university to choose for distance/correspondence education?
Friends, I looked at the previous questions, but almost never reached the choice of universities.
The situation is as follows: 27, there is an unfinished higher (3/5) building. Now in the office in the oil industry at a good salary, but I'm tired of it, emotionally burnt out.

Thinking about evening/distance education.
Tell me, which universities have relevant undergraduate study programs?
Yes, I heard the opinion that the employer is not interested in your diploma, they are interested in your skills. Here I decided a few things:
1) All the same, you still need to get a higher education, albeit formally
2) A more or less normal university will give at least some structured knowledge and a program, even if it is a little backward, but it will lay the foundation.
