If now it was possible to go to university again: for undergraduate studies, I would choose the faculty of KTU of the University of St. Petersburg State University ITMO , but I would go to Alferovka University for a master's degree .

At "Alferov University" (which is actually an Academic University), perhaps soon there will be a bachelor's degree. Maybe there will be a big competition.
