What is good literature on iOS development?
Hello habrocommunity!
I would like to know your opinion about the literature on development for iOS. There is a lot of various literature on the Internet, but I would like something of high quality and good quality. I can't choose just one.
The need arose in connection with porting your own application from Android to iOS.
Thanks in advance.

I’m throwing links to SHelfari, there is a detailed description of the book, the possibility of buying on Amazon, and you can also create your own shelf with books to read.
I cite the versions of the books in the original, as they are usually more adequate and the material is more recent. I think it will not be difficult to find their translations into Russian.
1. I recommend starting with this.

Lots of examples, general theory. Clear and understandable.

Very high quality book with a detailed description of the theoretical aspects. There is not enough practice in it, but put your knowledge on the shelves. There is a version for iOS 6, a version for iOS 7 is released in December.
3. Cool book on programming for multiple threads and memory management.

4. Two books with ready-made recipes for iOS. Certain problems are considered and their solutions are given.

5. Detailed description of working with Core Data. Wrapper for working with databases under iOS.

also recommend that you pay attention to video lectures on iOS programming.

I liked these:
1 and 2
More or less understandable language, easy to read and analysis of the main topics not from the field, do not understand what. I do not recommend this book at all. I bought it - such nonsense is written there that after it you will not only learn - you will unlearn what you knew (maybe, of course, this is the specifics of the translation, such as TableView - they translate almost like an Overview of the Table, until it comes to what they meant, you will shoot yourself).
And my advice - in Russian I have not seen a normal book - so look in English, firstly everything is fresh and secondly they are not much more difficult to read than Russian ones, but more understandable.
