Which of these universities is better to go to work later as a system administrator or network engineer?

"To take and start working as a system administrator after high school" is a myth. Having a diploma alone guarantees you employment only in the most stubborn (state) offices. And if you have knowledge even without a piece of paper - why spend the best years on a curriculum from the last century, when you can get a job as an enikey or support during this time, accumulate skills and grow up a couple of times?

You can work immediately after 18. If by acquaintance, then even earlier. I recommend doing so. And when you understand whether you want to continue doing this at all, and when you realize that your question does not make sense at all, then you can choose a university.

there are norms in the department of it (well, at least they were about six years ago), so there shouldn’t be any strain with your studies if you study normally.
but regarding modern standards, I think everything is rotten there, as in 99% of our universities.
